Local Delivery: Hong Kong and Macau

Shipping Fee

Orders delivered to Hong Kong and Macau will be charged a HK$50 shipping fee.

The shipping fee does not include any taxes, customs duties or other possible additional charges.

Shipping Carrier

Local orders are generally shipped by SF Express.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

All orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days.

The daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During major promotional campaigns, holiday periods, peak logistics seasons or periods with a high volume of orders, order processing and delivery may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Overseas Delivery: Outside Hong Kong and Macau

Overseas orders are generally shipped by SF International, DHL, FedEx or other suitable international shipping carriers.

The actual shipping carrier used will depend on the destination country or region, parcel weight, parcel size and the logistics arrangements available at the time.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Processing and delivery times for overseas orders may vary depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance procedures, logistics arrangements and local delivery conditions.

The actual delivery time will be subject to the shipping carrier’s arrangements and tracking information.

Overseas Shipping Fee

Overseas shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on the destination, parcel weight, parcel size and the shipping rates set up in our website system.

The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

All duties, taxes, clearance fees or other related charges incurred during shipping or after the parcel arrives at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees do not include taxes or customs duties. Any applicable charges will be collected by the destination customs authority, shipping carrier or relevant organisation.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customers may track their shipment through the official website or app of the relevant shipping carrier.
